TOTLALLI is responsible for processing the personal data you share with us through this site. You can reach us at any time at hola@totlalli.mx. We will update this notice with the legal entity’s formal details once corporate registration is finalized.

What data we collect

Through the “Submit Your Site” form, we collect:

• Your name and contact email
• The location or municipality of the site you describe
• Approximate acreage and any technical information you choose to share (power, fiber, gas)

If you write to us directly at hola@totlalli.mx, we collect whatever data you include in that email. This site does not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use your data

• Evaluating the site information you share and responding to you
• Contacting you to follow up on your submission
• Keeping an internal record of site opportunities under evaluation

We don’t sell your data or share it for marketing purposes. Information about your site is handled confidentially and shared only as necessary to evaluate the opportunity — for example, with technical or legal partners directly involved in that evaluation — subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Your rights

Under Mexican data protection law, you can request Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Objection (known as ARCO rights) regarding the processing of your personal data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@totlalli.mx. We respond directly, with no intermediaries.
